The Kenilworth Building for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) is a dynamic mixture of retail, student housing, and studio space for UWM’s Peck School of the Arts. Located on Milwaukee’s vibrant east side, the project renovated nearly 500,000 square foot of dilapidated warehouse space, transforming the block with a new pedestrian street in between the two historic masses.
